True. Decent climate - never too hot, not too cold, sometimes very wet in the winter months. Near the mountains but on the sea, which was the main appeal for me. In the main, people are OK, of course some are complete %&!*@s. If they could deal with the excessively noisy motos and scooters, it's be almost perfect.
