If you were looking to foster chaos and force cars off the roads and go for covid 19 planet saving restrictions and also cough 'encourage' an more enthusiatic uptake in electric vehicles, well war n death in the middle east would creat a wonderful opportunity to really fukc everyone over, for fukc all really, as India builds its 30 millionth coal fired power station and they continue to raise the amazon rain forest etc for chino based soy bean palm oil fake fruit fish cake paste.
