If you mean the public pension liability then I think there is too much inertia for meaningful reform. Let it crash and burn. The only way. As for Islam. Spent the day in Durham - busy yet not a Mohammedan in sight. So what is the secret? Too posh maybe. Perhaps the ubiquitous displays of Christianity put them off.
