I had that in 2017, went to see a doctor in hospital,, he drew a syringe of the stuff out the elbow. Yellow in colour. I regret that now as ... it's like the bodies axle grease. (I have zero faith in most french doctors.) THe fukcing profession is a racket. SAme in UK, cut back on doctors in late 90s to protect 'rarity' and pay. Eat well. Exercise. GEt blood pressure down. GIve up smoking. THat's about all we can do, along with a postivie mental attitude. Many people are ill because ... they like being ill! (not saying your wife is, but I do know people like that - which is galling when you're genuinely suffering as I have been, literally 24/7.
