I'm ok with both but imperial measures are classically elegant A pint is just the right amount for beer or milk. A pound is exactly the right weight for a loaf of bread or half a pound for a steak or a quarter lb for a burger. An inch is the right measure for whisky in a glass. A foot is the perfect length for a shoe. A yard is the right length for a stride. A mile is a thousand double strides for an average person. Tu peux te carrer tes mesures françaises dans le cul.
