It requires a relaxed musculature and natural lubrication. These are prerequisites for penetration even under ideal conditions. Experienced breeders know that even with a fully willing female, dogs frequently fail to achieve penetration without physical assistance. The anatomy presupposes cooperation it is not built for forced entry. The bulbus glandis, the distinctive swelling at the base of the penis, which locks in place, only fully engorges after successful entry. It plays no role in achieving initial penetration. In short, forced penetration of an uncooperative human by a dog is not merely unlikely, it is anatomically precluded by the structure of the organ itself. As well as by the anatomy of the supposed entry point. There are ways to do it.
