Endemic. Admin at Hamlet’s school atrocious. They never get anything right and most emails are recalled and replaced. Hadn’t stopped the bastids separating out lunch costs from the annual fees when we paid the annual fees upfront though! Canny Sods. Exam fees too: we had to cough up £900 for his O levels!
