re homebuilders news from the front. There's as much as a 5 degree difference in the bedroom between the airgap and the room. 0 degrees outside, 8.5 in the gap, a 'comfortable' 13 in the room - this after 48 hours without heating the house (this am). Humidity in the gap reading : 88%, in the room, now down to 65%. Paying a huge dividend, about 595%/pa on the 45 euro purchase price. If it was down to either Hunt or Suckneck they would, if advised by others in the first place, hire builders and pay the thick end of 3 grand for the purchase and installation, reducing the dividend to 2 an 6.
