A 42" up to date OLED tv would be a good comparitor to throw in there. SOmething that can literally be
in use for 18 hours a day, not a long hop from 24, to give 24/7.
You're looking at 150 watts ... checks figures ... https://wattsguide.com/how-many-watts-does-a-tv-use/#how-many-watts-does-a-65-inch-tv-use
OK, call it 120 watts. WHich is ideal because as not on 24 hours a day we can round it to .. 100watts over average time of 24 hours.
So.. you can sit watched TCM movies on a state of the art big tv for 21 days non-stop (or just leave telly on), or, charge your van for one hour on a high powered commercial supercharger pumping out mega amps far higher than domestic chargers, and if in a loaded van in winter with the heater on, do about 120 miles before needing the same amount of power to recharge it again.
But this is all really about the creep to preventing people from travelling about, the Shitty ones on council estates no one likes anyway,.. and the ones who maybe don't like the EU etc. This is why despite all the madness: chemical fires, weight issues, impracticalities of driving one and range anxiety, price inequality, enviromental costs associated with, short life span, low resale value, and more, they push ahead anyway. The end game is social control, and taking away the freedom of travel for most people and any undesirables is highly beloved if you're a totalitarian dictator or an associate of.
This is actually why the madness continues unabated in the face of all logic - it's not about common sense, it's about controlling people. Which is why de Chinese is happy to help ... a China one side of the EU and France cuddle up to for the lovely green stuff and everything else that's tat etc., while on the other hand talk non-stop of going to war against China over Taiwan agression.
The world is truly run by nut jobs, for nut jobs.
