Easy come easy go/transfer of wealth/grammar schools were as good although connections not the same/not as good. You're lucky you stopped at one, my middle sister putting three thru school, lives at Sapperton, skool not far from there. Although oldest same age as your boy so will be moving on I guess to somewhere else. Luckily her husband is a top landscape gardener making a fortune, but yes spending fortunes on mostly pointless education. ho hum/whatever, transfer of monies.. but what's surprising, parents will cough up thousands then go to a boot sale and haggle over an 8£ pound tea pot. Psychology see, everything is relative, everything is essentially bullShit.
