Maintenance? Roofing, gutters, replace draft excluders? Or her getting the builders in vis a vis plastic surgery? Why is he paying for that? The kids have left home but pursuing studies and need support, but her? Why is he giving her OVER 50%, AND ownership of the rental flat, AND maintenance!? No wonder she wants to split up...
