Jim's Health Tip o' the Day.
Ankles - Before getting out of bed, make circles in the air with your ankles.
According to old Japanese WW2 veterans who ran stakes up and into the bellies of allied prisoners of war on a regular basis and also beheaded civilians in 'who can chop the most with their samurai sword' competitions while raping Nanking, turning the ankles is good.
The process:
Lie on your back, lift right leg 6 inches. Rotate ankle joint to create 'a circle in de air'. Go clockwise and counter clockwise. Repeat with other ankle, if you have one.
Japanese soldiers from WW2, now over 120 years old swear by this anti-aging process. The ankle joint supports the rest of the body and by making ever larger and more perfect circles before getting out of bed to look through your photo souvenir WW2 allied prisoner-of-war scrap book, you achieve better balance and weight distribution as well as other benefits that I can't remember.
Remember, stiff ankles won't kill you but they might!
