He's just convinced Lowe is not 'the King', the one who will come to save us. He sees Lowe as a golf club boomer. Rather dismissive ,,, although it's not me who has to think that it's the general public, and in that regard we can never underestimate a) the state of the deep state and the lengths they will be prepared to go to to remain in power and b) the intelligence and lack of of the average British public. I mean a 16 yr old has just been found not guilty of any crime after a 9 or 10 yr old girl 'fell onto the kitchen knife' he taken out the kitchen and into the lounge where she was and 'stabbed herself through the heart' He was 'just playing', doing a bit of 'fencing' and, she died, and he ran off, carefully leaving the knife back in the kitchen sink before exiting. What would Rupert Lowe say about this 'incident'? I think we know. Therefore he is actually 'the king' required.
