I would be very interested to hear of their experiences in and of the Cultural Revolution circa 1968-1972 Did they play a role? If so what? Was the mother a student who shaved her teacher's head, did the dad beat up old grannies with lengths of bamboo? Did they have red books? Do they still have 'em? etc. I think we should be told.
