I watched their press conference after writing the above. In the spirit of the lesser of two evils you've

got to vote reform still. The division vote split caused by Ben Habib/Rupert Lowe is regrettable. It's regrettable they can't get along!! It's regrettable Reform take the likes of Nadine Doris and Sahawi. Above all dangerous to have a vote split.
In the grand scheme of 'net zero must go along with all boshevic bullShit' it's neither here nor there. Advance are not going to obtain the required critical mass and in the end everything's a compromise. IS Garage better than Labour. Of course. Lib Dems, of course. Tories? Based on their past performance of dragging uK into net zero & failure to reclaim any parliamentary sovereignty given away by Blair & Brown, yes.

On a positive note I'll be retired in 6months (1st of July 2026, when I'm 62) Got my french pension sorted n everythin'. 1050 a month ... & no council tax to pay (taxe foncière .. currently paying 70/month), and 'bargain' 30 quid a month health insurance payment to continue.

4 years & 10 months the 288/month mortgage will be paid off, leaving me with 1020 a month to blow on vets' bills n car repairs/ [and food (200/month) and electric (50/month) and water & sewage (15/month) and home & car insurance (80/month) & bin collection (12/month) & a phone & internet connection (50/month) and a bottle of butane gas every 3/4 months for cooking (40) .. and 4 steres of wood for wood stove heating (180/yr) ed]
