First with the 2013 news as ever….
“This appears to be a case from 2013, the video looks old. The immigrant was polish and he killed the girl and he two grandparents from speeding (75mph in a 50mph zone converted from kph)and losing control of his car. It was appealed and he eventually got 15 months of prison time.“
